Charming 2 level mud brick house nestled behind A Boy Named Sue and across the road from the St Andrews market and 1 hour from Melbourne. Well appointed and warm with a wood fire, Sue's house is the perfect place to relax and unwind. At your door step are amazing wineries, hiking trails and the Yarra Valley. Set on 12 peaceful and private acres with pool, bbq, indoor fire, TV/DVD, clawfoot bath , carport and guest laundry. There is a kitchenette which includes fridge, toaster, jug, microwave, electric frypan, bench top toaster oven and single induction hotplate. Pets by arrangement only no surprises. Unsuitable for children.
