In one of the oldest areas, our 400 yr old house is located in a very quiet spot but central enough to reach old town in 10 min by foot. A bakery is closeby. The apt has a living/bedroom and a room with small kitchen/dining area, with a small bathroom (shower). The WC is situated across the hallway, ca 3m from the entrance to your flat-only to be used by you. You are very welcome to use our large garden. We are also happy to lend you a bicycle (7€) or a tandem-the best way to explore Salzburg.

Wir befinden uns auf einer Höhe von ca. 880 Metern, was unsere Gäste unmittelbar das Almfeeling spüren lässt. Bei uns haben Sie die Möglichkeit, Entspannung & die österreichische Idylle zu genießen. Unser gemütliches, neu renoviertes Haus befindet sich in ruhiger Lage mit eigenem Eingang in Hallein. Es bietet eine Wohnfläche von 150 m² und somit Platz für Gruppen oder Familien bis zu 8 Personen. Das Haus liegt 4km von Hallein und nur 7 km von der Festspielstadt Salzburg entfernt und ist von der naheliegenden Bushaltestelle ( 400m ) schnell erreichbar. Für Sportler Sportzentrum Rif ist 2km vom Haus entfernt Parkplätze für ihre Autos, stehen ihnen direkt vor dem Haus zur Verfügung.

Ein kleines, romantisches Apartment in einem über 260 Jahre alten historischen Haus am Fuße des Untersbergs. Über den zentralen Flur werden Wohnzimmer, offene Küche, Badezimmer und ein kleines Arbeitszimmer mit ausziehbaren Schlafsessel angebunden. Über das Wohnzimmer erreicht man das Schlafzimmer, welches mit einem Doppelbett ausgestattet ist. Ein Kaminofen im Wohnzimmer sorgt für gemütliche Abende. Ein kleiner Vorgarten mit Essgarnitur lädt zum Entspannen ein.
