Newly renovated in 2021, very comfortable guesthouse located in a quiet neighborhood just 10 minutes from downtown Greenville. Created by highly experienced bed and breakfast owners, this space is carefully crafted to be a relaxing, restful place for travelers. A Tranquil Space is conveniently located close to Downtown Greenville. The large suite includes the bedroom, living area, kitchenette (fridge/freezer/convection oven), bathroom, and study/eating area. It is newly renovated area on the end of my home with a private entrance. The space is welcoming and inviting...a perfect space to get away from the hustle. Although minutes from Downtown, the suite feels like you're in the mountains with a private back yard and many trees. Enjoy your stay!

Welcome to our humble homestead! Private space, in a quiet neighborhood, our little getaway from home, built by yours truly. Filled with all you need amenities in each room; kitchen, laundry, and bathroom. We hope you enjoy this space as much as we have. You have access to the deck, fire pit, the full backyard, Pets are welcome! There is parking for 3 cars; We are about 15 minutes from GSP airport, 15 minutes from Downtown, 10 minutes to Haywood Mall, 12 miles from BMW museum and factory.

The Cottage at Old Oaks Farm

Built in the early 1900's, this serene cottage is located approximately one mile from Furman University at the base of Paris Mt. It has been lovingly improved, but the floors are a bit slanted and no corner is exactly square. Located in a neighborhood on a five acre farm, it consists of three large rooms, comfortably furnished and lots of natural light. The cottage is convenient to downtown Greenville(5 miles),Travelers Rest, Furman, and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. No pet fee or cleaning fee.

Our cottage is on a beautiful piece of property that makes you feel secluded and peaceful, but is only minutes away from amazing downtown Greenville, as well as quaint downtown Greer. You will have a fully equipped kitchen, wifi, smart tv, iron, ironing board, plush towels, high thread count sheets, choice of foam or feather pillows, and a choice of relaxing inside or outside on the screened porch with a heated throw. Our Tiny Treasure

A cozy get-away just outside of charming Travelers Rest. Located off Hwy 25. Close to both Furman and North Greenville Universities. Come and enjoy the Swamp Rabbit Trail and the surrounding Greenville area. Both Greenville (GSP), and Asheville (AVL), airports are within 45 minutes. You can be in Hendersonville, NC, in 20 minutes, Asheville, in 40. The Cherokee Foothills Scenic Hwy 11 is a few miles down the road. Very peaceful and private setting. Owners are through the woods.
