Cleaned professionally; Owner managed and live on site.

Filled with all you need amenities in each room; kitchen, laundry, and bathroom. We hope you enjoy this space as much as we have. You have access to the deck, fire pit, the full backyard, Pets are welcome! There is parking for 3 cars; We are about 15 minutes from GSP airport, 15 minutes from Downtown, 10 minutes to Haywood Mall, 12 miles from BMW museum and factory.

The Little Big House

The Cottage at Old Oaks Farm

Built in the early 1900's, this serene cottage is located approximately one mile from Furman University at the base of Paris Mt. It has been lovingly improved, but the floors are a bit slanted and no corner is exactly square. Located in a neighborhood on a five acre farm, it consists of three large rooms, comfortably furnished and lots of natural light. The cottage is convenient to downtown Greenville(5 miles),Travelers Rest, Furman, and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. No pet fee or cleaning fee.

Located between Greenville & Asheville so accessible to hiking, Paris Mt, Caesar's Head, Table Rock, Swamp Rabbit Trail, Chimney Rock, Lake Lure, antiques, breweries & wineries. Many restaurants nearby. Come visit our beautiful slice of heaven and enjoy the seasons. 1 dog (50 lbs) allowed/NO fee/tell me in reserv. See y'all soon.

This 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home sleeps 8 guests. Located centrally- less than ten minutes from downtown Greenville, Cherrydale, Travelers Rest, Paris Mountain, Furman, North Greenville, and Timmons Arena. Newly remodeled kitchen! Food delivery & rideshare is readily available in this area. This newly renovated home is spacious, with a beautiful backyard patio in a fenced yard. Equipped with good wifi, washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen, luxury linens, TV's, full sized fridge.

The Bike Barn ( next to Furman University)

This is a tiny house in the backyard of the hosts’ home, in a residential neighborhood located in north Greenville, steps from Furman University campus. It is a private space, with separate entrance, queen bed, small efficiency kitchen, and full bathroom. There is a Smart TV and free WIFI. There is potential for noise from campus and Duncan Chapel Road. There is parking for 1 vehicle. Please let us know if you plan to bring more than 1 vehicle. We do not permit smoking.
