Haus am See (4/4), Sommertraum mit Genuss & Natur

Das Haus am See, mein persönlicher Lebenstraum. Aber zu groß, um ihn allein zu nutzen. Abseits des Massentourismus mitten in den Bergen, direkt am See inmitten von Wäldern. Im und rund um das Haus alles sehr großzügig für Mensch und Tier. Uns persönlich sehr wichtig. Neben Grill-/Feuerplätzen, Sauna, dem eigenen Steg, Sitzsäcken und Gartenschaukeln, Ruderboot, SUP und Gartenhütte ("Villa Seen-Sucht") können unsere Gäste alles nutzen...so macht es für uns alle mehr Spaß. Ein besonderer Platz!

The apartment (102 sqm) is located just next to the lake Bled. It is a quiet residential area, 10 minutes walk from downtown. The apartment offers fully equipped kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and a beautiful terrace (lake view). There is also free WiFi. Suitable for 4 guests + 1 or 2 optional (with extra charge). There are two restaurants near-by and a grocery shop next door. Lake beach is just across the street and traditional boat (Pletna) station a few meters away.

Unique apartment in small village

The apartment is located in a house from 19th century, which used to be a mill. The apartment is renovated and really cosy to spent some peaceful time in. In front of the house is a little pond and a creek flows by. Outside, by the pond, is a little hut which can be used for outside dinning. Behind the house is a beautiful green forest with hiking trails. The house is located in a small village named Kamna Gorica, just 20 minutes by car to Lake Bled and 35 minutes to Ljubljana.

Nur 350m entfernt, fußläufig gut erreichbar, liegt der öffentliche, kostenlose Seezugang (Toiletten, Umkleidekabinen vorhanden). The house Gabrijel is situated at a peaceful location in an unspoilt nature, away from the city hustle and bustle. Here, you can enjoy the peace, quiet and fresh air. The Jezernica creek, which flows past the house, creates a pleasant babbling sound. The small kitchen is spacious enough for you to prepare homemade teas and proper Slovenian coffee. Making yourself one of these drinks, you can relax on a lovely terrace with a view of the neighbouring pasture where horses graze.

Meine Unterkunft befindet sich in der Nähe von Klagenfurt (8 km) und dem Wörthersee (5 km). Sie ist direkt am Rauschelesee, einem kleinen im Landschaftsschutzgebiet liegenden warmen Badesee gelegen. Zum Flughafen Klagenfurt sind es ca. 14 km. Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben, wenn du das Ursprüngliche suchst, Naturnähe bevorzugst, es liebst am Wasser zu wohnen und Freude an der Begegnung mit weltoffenen Menschen hast.

The apartment is located in a separate building in the yard of a secluded farm in the unspoiled nature of Pohorje. From the village of Mislinja, you ascend slightly to the homestead along a 1 km private macadam road. In the surrounding area you can walk through the mighty Pohorje forests and plains, cycle along countless forest roads and paths, climb in the nearby granite climbing area, explore the karst caves Hude luknje or relax in the local natural pool.
