This house is just 2 miles from Ithaca downtown and 3 miles from Cornell University. This is a 32' 2014 camper in a nice quiet setting. Self contained. Private 28 acres with 11.5 acre lake. Two other campsites and main house on property. Seasonal from April 1 to October 30, depending on weather. Has 3 slide outs. Fire pit available. No smoking INSIDE camper. Close to Interstate 81, Syracuse, Binghamton, Ithaca, and points North and South. Local restaurants, summer theater, shopping, SUNY Cortland, Cornell University, Ithaca College, TC3, etc.

B&B 44 is a 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home located in Arcadia Village down the street from Greek Peak Mountain Resort and Hope Lake Lodge. Located within walking distance from skiing, hiking, mountain biking, fishing and canoeing, and within two hours of driving to nearby Ithaca, Rochester and Syracuse, you can visit any time of year for a relaxing or action-packed getaway. This home originally belonged to our grandparents, who ran a bed and breakfast for 40 years.
