Lo chalet è immerso nel verde, nel silenzio e nel relax. È il luogo ideale per meditare, staccare la spina lontano da ogni distrazione. Abitabile tutto l’anno, lo chalet è FRESCO d’estate e avvolto dal CALORE della stufa a legna nelle stagioni più fredde. Lo chalet è raggiungibile da un’antica mulattiera.

Dotata di tutti i confort abitativi, dispone di ampio giardino recintato (300 mq), parcheggi auto privati e zona relax esterna per trascorrere serate in compagnia. Gli animali sono i benvenuti. Accommodation made of larch and pine wood with a double bed made of solid wood, under which there is a space for storing clothes and belongings. Bed linen provided, heating and electrical outlets. Small porch outside. Shared external bathroom (approx. 50m away), parking space approx. 100m away. Free Wi-Fi. Hairdryer available at the reception on request. ONLY one small-sized dog under 10kg allowed.

Willkommen in unserer gemütlichen Blockhütte in den Bayerischen Alpen. Wir haben dieses Blockhaus mit viel Liebe zum Detail gebaut, da dies unser Beruf ist. Das Blockhaus befindet sich in der Nähe unserer Zimmerei und kleiner Landwirtschaft und befindet sich mitten im Dorf, Achtung nicht auf einem Berg oder auf einen Alm. Das Dorf lebt! Von ihrem Fenster aus können Sie gelegentlich beobachten, wie ein neues Blockhaus vorbereitet wird. Hier erleben Sie das Landleben hautnah!

Gehen Sie in Ihrem Urlaub einige Schritte langsamer als im Alltag und tauchen Sie ein in das Leben am Berg in intakter Natur. Nutzen Sie die Zeit für sich und machen Sie Ihren Urlaub zur schönsten Zeit im Jahr. Unser Haus befindet sich auf 1300m in Waldnähe. Vor dem Haus geht im Winter die Piste vorbei und hinterm Haus der Lift hoch. Im Sommer sind wir ein wenig versteckt über eine kurze Schotterstraße erreichbar. Der Parkplatz befindet sich direkt vorm Haus.

Characteristic ancient alpine hut from beginning of 1900, recently restructured keeping original characteristics, all in stone and larch wood, cropped here. Furnished in a unique and artisan way. It has electricity from a photovoltaic installation, with solar panels for hot water and a floor heating. It has a big kitchen-living room with fireplace, wood stove, big bathroom with shower, double bedroom, with bunk bed and a loft with place for other beds.

La baita gode di un vasto giardino, dotato di barbecue, sdraio, tavolo e sedie per permetterti di godere appieno del relax che la nostra location può offrire.

Isolato dal centro del paese, questo chalet, ti offre relax, contatto con la natura, un panorama mozzafiato e la privacy di cui hai bisogno per staccare dalla solita routine... Un paradiso.. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie e avventurieri solitari.
