Das Chalet befindet sich auf einer Seehöhe von 1720 m, verfügt über eine Sauna und ist ganzjährig mit dem Auto erreichbar. Für Sommerurlauber gibt es Wander-und Mountainbikemöglichkeiten. Der Ossiachersee ist mit dem Auto in 25 Minuten zu erreichen.Im Winter befindet man sich mitten im Schigebiet Gerlitzen. Der Sessellift der Wörtherseeabfahrt ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch Schitouren oder Schneeschuhwanderungen entlang der beschneiten Schipisten oder im Wald werden gerne unternommen.

In de zomer volop mogelijkheden om te wandelen of te zwemmen in één van de vele meren.

Die Wohnung ist praktisch aufgeteilt mit einer Wohnküche, einem Badezimmer, einem separaten Gäste WC und zwei Schlafzimmern. Jeweils mit modernem Boxspringbetten, Kleiderschrank, Spiegel und Flat-TV. Ein Schlafzimmer verfügt zusätzlich über ein Stockbett. Zwei Parkplätze und ein Raum für ihre Sportgeräte wie z. B. Fahrräder oder Ski sind vorhanden.

The living room has a cozy sitting area with television and you can easily sit and eat together around the large wooden table. In the open kitchen you will find a dishwasher, oven, kettle and coffee maker. 3 separate bedrooms, a spacious bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. Outside there is a sun terrace with garden furniture. You can park 1 car at the house and there is free WiFi.

Hillside - also fußläufig auf die Berge, zum Kneipen und in ein paar Autominuten am See. Großzügiger Wohnraum mit vielen Möglichkeiten sich zurückzuziehen. Seit ein paar Tagen gibt es auch eine Außensauna, die nach einer ausgedehnten Wanderung zur Erholung dient.
