Cal-Tineta is a fully refurbished and equipped apartment in the noblest part of a Catalonian heritage listed building from 1862, combining all the flavor and style of the neocentist and romantic buildings with all the comfort of the modern life and only 5 minutes biking to the beach. The apartment preserves all the original neocentist fresco paintings in walls and ceiling. It also has a balcony around its outer perimeter of over 20 meters. Cal-Tineta has 130 m2 divided into 2 large bedrooms (one with dresser room 3m2), living room, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, etc). It also has Wifi and TV. It can accommodate up to 6 people, including families with young children (baby bath, travel cot, etc). The price does not include the tourist tax of 1.75 eur per person (adults from 17 years on) and night, max. 7 nights. You will be asked for the payment of this tax through the Airbnb payment system.

The apartment is spacious, clean and filled with traditional touches that have been tastefully updated to host the modern day traveller. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need. This apartment, simply oozes charm and is located in one of the best parts of Sitges.

Se trata de un apartamento ideal para disfrutar de unas vacaciones en familia o relajarse delante del mar. La iluminación de mi casa es preciosa, con vistas al Mar Mediterráneo, y con la playa delante de mi terraza. Podéis usar toda la casa como si fuera vuestra. Se puede ir dando un paseo o cogiendo el bus cerca del alojamiento. Sitges a tan solo 9 km y se puede ir en coche, tren o bus.
