Walk into the local village to make use of the local shop and Brasserie, or enjoy the rivers, chateau and vineyards further afield!

Les Frênes - Ile de Malvy

Petite île privée située entre Angoulême et Cognac, sur le tracé de la piste cyclable "La Flow vélo", à proximité immédiate de la jolie plage du Bain des Dames. Maison avec jardin attenant surplombant le fleuve. Nombreuses activités sur place : piscine, kayaks et vélos, grande salle de jeux : billard, tennis de table, baby foot, jeu de fléchettes, jeux de société, jouets pour les enfants, livres, BD… L’île abrite en outre un jardin-forêt ce qui en fait un véritable oasis pour la biodiversité !

C'est un gîte chaleureux pour 5 personnes, idéal pour passer d’agréables vacances en famille ou entre amis et profiter du calme et de la douceur de vivre à la campagne. Vous pourrez profiter des équipements communs aux deux gîtes. Piscine avec terrasse ouverte à partir du 01 Mai, une petite pour enfants (3 x 4 mètres), un terrain de tennis, un aire de jeux pour enfants etc.

The mezzanine bedroom is comfortable and quiet, guaranteeing a peaceful night's sleep.

A pretty cottage set in a water mill, it is ideal for a couple, but can also accommodate a family of up to 4 people. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchenette, and use of the swimming pool during the summer months, and for the winter months we have a pellet stove in the main living area, and a radiator in the bedroom upstairs. The bathroom has a heated towel rail.
