L'affaccio privato sul canale da una parte e la corte interna dall'altra lo rendono unico nel suo genere. La casa è dotata di aria condizionata e Wi-Fi illimitato e nelle vicinanze ci sono numerosi negozi, cicchetterie e ristoranti tipici. Secondo le disposizioni per prevenire il contagio Covid-19, dopo ogni soggiorno viene effettuata una sanificazione con trattamento all'ozono.

Casa con splendida vista canale e chiesa, frutto di un recente e accurato restauro mantenendo le caratteristiche originarie, pavimento in terrazzo veneziano, arredamento moderno e confortevole, innondata di luce e sole. In un quartiere vivace in centro storico, pochi minuti a piedi da due fermate del vaporetto, vicino al Canal Grande, Rialto, musei, supermercati, farmacie, osterie tipiche. Accesso con codice personalizzato, riscaldamento a pavimento, aria condizionata, wifi. Casa sanificata!

Zattere English Cottage close to Guggenheim

This apartment looks like an English cottage is in the middle of the historic center but sheltered from the crowd: the previous owners were two English University professors who loved Venice and came here to write. When we saw it it seemed simply perfect for just 3 nights or a longer stay: the kitchen is fully equipped, the living area is comfortable and with a real fireplace , the bedroom is very large and the large bathroom is perfect for relaxing at the end of the day!

The breathtaking view of St Mark's basin makes this apartment unique; it is located on the third floor of a Venetian building overlooking the Riva dei Sette Martiri. Chers hôtes, Voici notre charmant et lumineux appartement de 60m² en plein cœur de Venise (zone Cannaregio) dans un palais historique du XVIème. Au fond d’une ruelle sans issue donnant sur le canal, vous ne serez pas dérangé par le bruit. Il s'agit d'un palais familial où seulement moi, mon oncle et ma tante y vivons, vous ne serez donc pas dérangé par le bruit du voisinage. Mon appartement dans lequel je vis est juste au-dessus du vôtre.
