L'appartamento a piano terra è abitato da me e i miei figli durante le vacanze. La casa e il giardino godono di totale privacy, la zona piscina è in condivisione con noi. La casa è molto particolare e caratteristica: interamente in pietra, ristrutturata, stretta e lunga, è posta su una piazzetta con accanto la chiesa di San Bartolomeo e l'ex monastero dei frati Umiliati e Cluniacensi risalente tredicesimo secolo, con una splendida vista sulla vallata. A disposizione degli ospiti l'appartamento sito al secondo piano con annessa una deliziosa mansarda in legno. La casa è sulla Strada dei Vini e la Via dei Terrazzamenti ed è in posizione ottimale per trekking, ecc.
