La casa è composta da cucina completa con fornelli a gas , wi-fi , divano letto e per riscaldamento per la stagione invernale ha una stufa a legna e pompe di calore preimpostate , una camera da letto con bagno completo con doccia, un soppalco di legno con un letto singolo .

Gioviano is a small quiet medieval village 25 kms from the walled city of Lucca in the Garfagnana. The house is peacful and in the heart of this beautiful Tuscan village, if you want to explore the region this is a perfect retreat for a weekend or longer. We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.

"IL MARE IN CASA" apartment is located in Riomaggiore's marina, its a former fisher's household with a wonderful terrace just above the sea, the view is incredible. Very close to shops, cafes and restaurants, but also to the train station and next to the ferry station. The apartment is equipped with every comfort: Wi-Fi, Air conditioning, ceiling fan, microwave, hairdryer, NESPRESSO coffee machine, and much more. All the products are tested and the environment is regularly sanitized.

A 3 minuti di macchina dal paese (Langhirano) dotato di tutti i servizi (bar, ristoranti, supermercati). Silenziosa ed immersa nel verde. 20 km da Parma. Parcheggio gratuito. Il vostro alloggio si trova al piano terra della casa principale, ma è completamente autonomo. Il parcheggio ed il giardino sono invece condivisi con noi ;) Non sono presenti altri ospiti nella struttura

A 2 km passa la via del Volto Santo (Bagnone) e a 4 la via Francigena (Filetto).
