The Swan Cottage was built in 1923 and was fully renovated in 2020. The idyllic location, on a bluff overlooking the Hudson River, is the perfect perch to relax and get away from it all. The front porch is a nice spot to have a cup of coffee and watch the sailboats on the river, while the huge wraparound porch affords terrific views of the river as well as the forest that gives this home a feeling of being high in the tree tops.

Guests can enjoy their time relaxing fireside with panoramic views, hiking or biking 22 miles of trails running through our backyard, and let's not forget splashing around in the lake. Our Tiny house is your own private, cozy adventure steps from your private access to our dock where you can explore the Esopus creek. Try out the fishing for some trout. Enjoy the fire pit outside your tiny home or choose to lounge in the hot tub which is available at anytime during your stay. We hope you will enjoy the charming and rustic feel of this unique home.
