It’s close to hiking trails, the Hudson River, Esopus, the Catskills, Windham skiing. If you want, or need, there’s an abundance of shopping within a 15 mile radius - from thrift stores to big stores. Great food abounds in this beautiful area. There’s no kitchen, yet there’s a mini fridge and freezer as well as a coffee maker and electric kettle.

The Catskills are the destination for hiking, art, skiing, swimming or checking out the local food scene and breweries - all within minutes. Guests have the second floor to the home with no shared spaces with host. Outdoor seating with grill, barn with bocci and other yard games. King size bed, day bed with plush bedding. Spacious new bathroom with tiled shower and skylight.

The Carriage House: Garden Apartment

We offer a private apartment located on the first floor of this wonderfully restored 2 unit carriage house, built in the early roarin' 20's! It offers a blend of modern decor and amenities, with more traditional countryside accents. The design, using the original carriage doors in the architecture, allows light to pour through the apartment, while making adjustments for sleeping in easy. This truly unique space is a perfect place to take a weekend to relax, and even enjoy our grounds!

the farmhouse suite @barn & bike

A 620 sq ft. fully private suite with own entrance. The early American farmhouse is highlighted by a darling kitchenette, hot steam shower and original MCM furniture. We live on the other side of the eyebrow colonial, originally built in 1800. Please see the other details to note, including that the kitchenette has an induction stove top and convection air fryer toaster oven. It's a great for light cooking. Please ask for a grill for cooking meat and greasy food. Thank you!

Sunny and Spacious Studio - a serene getaway

Modern Light Filled Garage Conversion with a small kitchen, full bath with an open deck off the back. A beautiful quiet spot with birds, tall trees and a small creek on 3 acres. The bedroom has a comfortable Queen bed with a small ladder to a little sleeping loft for the kids. There is also a pull out couch in the open kitchen living room area with a deck off the back. This is a small apartment attached to our house that has been designed with care and privacy in mind.

This romantic suite boasts a beautiful four-poster bed, a private sitting room with 11 ft ceilings, 10 ft. pocket doors, antique furniture, as well as a private, en-suite bath with subway tile shower and tub. The Wiltwyck is located across the street from the Senate House Park and the Senate Garage, a popular wedding destination. No car needed to explore NY's first capital, we are 1-3 blocks from coffee shops, restaurants, boutique shopping, antiquing, museums, and more.

Woodstock retreat with hot tub and deck with view

Guest suite in home of long-time Woodstock artist and resident. Separate entrance off 2nd story deck with meadow and mountain views. Space has everything you need for a retreat away from it all – a meditation nook for 2, yoga mats to use inside or out on the deck, hot tub to soak cares away and relax after a day out and about in the beautiful Catskill mountains. Hot tub is in 3-acre backyard with privacy enclosure, so bathing suits are optional (we provide bathrobes.)
