Self contained guest suite in Havelock North.

One bedroom, self contained guest suite in Havelock North, 3 minute drive from the village. The guest house is underneath our home with its own entrance and patio and locked off from the main house. You will have use of your own full kitchen and bathroom. We live (and sometimes work) upstairs, so there is some foot noise but we try to keep this to a minimum when we have guests. Great morning sun and private patio. Please see photos of the stairs to access. We also have a cat that roams outside.

Parkhill Lodge - Villa + Heated Pool

The kitchen and living room is open plan with access to a raised patio and a sheltered outdoor BBQ area. The pool is heated to a minimum of 28 degrees from October to April. The perfect location being only a short bike ride away from the Bridge Pa Wine Triangle boasting a choice of 10 award winning vineyards incl Te Awa, Trinity Hill & Ngatarawa. Havelock North is a 6 min drive. Napier and Airport 20mins.

We have a genuine bed & breakfast Airbnb with a pantry of items for self catering breakfast. These are supplied to set you up, but not always replenished during your stay. Easy reach of local wineries, cycle paths and all the other attractions Hawkes Bay has to offer. 25 mins drive from Napier and 30 mins drive from Airport.

You are offered the mix of an urban location with the added aspect of a country outlook. There are two major supermarkets and shopping centres that are a short drive away.

It is a two minute walk to beautiful Cornwall park and less than 5 minutes drive to the city centre. The pool has recently been renovated. Please note the pool is unavailable from autumn to spring. Off-street parking is also available. Please do not drive on the lawn as it had an irrigation system that can be damaged.

Modern 2 bedroom apartment conveniently situated just 10 minutes walk from the centre of the beautiful Havelock North Village. Although young children are welcome, please be aware that my property is not really suitable for young active children and is not fenced from the neighbours or the busy road. Message me if you need a one night stay as this may be possible in the winter months. Discounted rates are available for stays longer than one week.

CHEESEMAKERS RETREAT. Coastal Getaway.

Cheesemakers Retreat is set within the garden of the hosts home. Guests have their own private area screened from the rest of the property. Studio is self contained. Te Awanga Beach is accessible via a landscaped pathway down the side of our own house (about 30metres). The shingle beach is nicer at low tide. We are small dog friendly. (Charge applies)
