Exposed brick feature walls, stainless kitchen units and oak floors make this flat stand out for style with deckchairs situated in a south facing sun trap. Great access to all transport hubs, town, pubs and less than a mile through a park are beaches & coastline walks. **The sofa bed is in keeping with the retro theme of the flat. With that in mind, it is not a modern full size sofa bed. It's probably more suited to young kids and a single adult and ideally not someone that is 6ft** No TV.

The Annexe is a self-contained and spacious double room with en-suite wet room. Located in Paignton, approximately 5 minute drive from the harbour, seafront and town centre. With easy access to the A380 and the neighbouring towns of Torquay and Brixham, as well as Dartmoor and Coastal Walking. The accommodation is step-free access from driveway to room, free parking is on the street. A breakfast selection is provided, including cereals and pastries. The Lees

We are offering a lovely, spacious and airy room with wonderful views across Torquay. It has a TV, hair dryer and beverage tray. Guests have sole use of the bathroom with walk in shower. Robes are provided. It's within easy walking distance of the town, shops, restaurants, theatre and beaches. There is safe off road parking available. We are situated in a quiet residential road so a peaceful night is assured. A Continental breakfast is included. Please bear in mind that we have a dog.

Artist's house close to the sea & Brixham harbour. Double room in victorian terraced house. The coastal path, Churston Cove & Battery Gardens are a short walk away. Little Barn's in the busy bustling village of Marldon. Set on the border of the South Hams and Torbay, there are two Local pubs, a convenience store a post office and a garage. My cottage is set in a quiet road within a pretty village surrounded by countryside yet only 5 minutes drive to the main Devon Expressway with links to Torquay (4 miles) Newton Abbot (2 miles) Totnes (9 miles) and Exeter (16 miles). I am offering a sunny double room with views to the open countryside. and a large light shared bathroom with shower bath which is cleaned daily.
