Thank you for considering renting our historical property. Meticulously restored to its former glory while being fitted with the most modern amenities, our house is one of the finest remaining examples of the particular Taisho era architecture of the 1920's. Located 12-15 mn by foot from Kyoto station, 350m west of the UNESCO world heritage site of Toji temple and 2,500 Sqft in size, a total of 6 guests can be accommodated in 4 bedrooms, complemented by 2 bathrooms, 2 WC, 2 Japanese gardens.

kyoto villa soso (Near Kyoto station)

《May 2019 TV can be watched.》 It is located 15 minutes on foot from Kyoto station. It will be lent to a Kyoto townhouse style building. I put the finest furniture and the finest bed. You can also use wifi. The bath is about the size of two adults and uses Japanese cypress. It will be a very beautiful room just opened in January. Please try and stay at once. The location of the hotel is in a place where you can walk to downtown area of Kyoto and famous temples. It is a very convenient place.

築約100年の京町家を少しモダンに改修しました。 昭和の面影と共に元医院だった我が家の歴史を少し感じていただける家です。 小さな庭と古いピアノがあります。 家は二階建ですが、お貸しできるのは完全に独立した一階部分(約66平米)です。玄関は独立しており、庭の一部もゲスト専用です。 東寺から徒歩3分、京都駅からタクシーで5分、徒歩20分で、街の中心、観光スポットへの交通の便も良い場所です。 ＊ページに最初に表示される料金はお1人で使用される場合の料金です。(日により料金は変わります)　2人様以上の場合、お１人につき3800円の追加料金をいただいております。 また京都市では宿泊税が徴収されています。当施設ではゲスト1人1泊200円を表示の宿泊費に加えていただくことになります。宿泊税はチェックイン時にお支払い頂いております。ご理解、ご協力をお願いします。 （2026年3月以降のご予約にはこの宿泊税が代金に含まれるよう変更されます） 現在週割、月割実施中です(カレンダーでご確認下さい)。カレンダーがブロックされている日でもご予約が可能な日がありますので、まずお問い合わせください。

Experience an unique atmosphere in Kyoto's Machiya house "Higashiyama JIN". This vertically long "Machiya" house, the genuine Kyoto wooden architecture offers you a wonderful stay. This building is a cozy apartment-style accommodation right in front of the World Heritage "Toji Temple." It’s a 13min walk from Kyoto Station and 5min from Kintetsu Toji Station. Please Note: No F&B service. As a wooden building, some noise is unavoidable No lift, only stairs (2 floors) No parking Each room has a simple kitchen and a private bathroom Cleaning: Room cleaning is not provided during your stay. The double-layer door lock design ensures safety, while the hotel is located in a bustling yet quiet area, providing a tranquil environment for your rest.

Kyostay Iroha Toji Annex - Standard Twin Room A

This is one of our 11 apartment-type accommodations. It is about a 15-minute walk from Kyoto Station and a 4-minute walk from Kintetsu Toji Station. The city bus stop called Kujo Omiya is also a very short walk away. The Railway Museum and Kyoto Aquarium are also nearby. They opened in April 2016 at Umekouji Park, which is only about a 7-minute walk. From the balcony, you can enjoy the view of the World Heritage Site, Toji Temple’s Five-Story Pagoda (“Goju no to”).

Our inn was apparently built in the early Showa period. We have renovated the bathroom and kitchen areas to make your stay more comfortable while still retaining the charm of the townhouse, such as the low ceilings and narrow, steep stairs. Why not try experiencing a bit of Kyoto life? Please note that we will charge a local accommodation tax (200 yen per person per night) in addition to the accommodation fee. The price is scheduled to increase from March 2026.

Welcome to my page. This KIKUTSURU（菊鶴）is my private cottage in Kyoto, renovated from old traditional Kyoto Machiya (town house). I decided to register my house in Airbnb because I’m not in Kyoto most part of the year and it’s good idea to offer a place to stay for travelers while I’m absent. Super cozy private inn in town "hygge 花屋町"

Opened in the spring of 2022. Private lodging for one group per day. Close to Kyoto Station. you can get to almost anywhere in the city without changing trains or buses. You can also use 2 bicycles for free. There are many hotels, hot spa and restaurants nearby for dining. Try to visit Kyoto Aquarium and Kyoto Railway Museum in Umekoji Park if you have spare time.
