Hytta ligger ved Storvann Syd, 25 min.kjøretur sør for Harstad.ca 35 min fra Evenes flyplass.Det er to soverom med dobbeltsenger i hovedetasjen og dobbelseng på hemsen. Badet et innredet med Cinderella forbrenningstoalett og Cinderella urinal, dusjkabinett og servant . Det er åpen stue/kjøkkenløsning og på stuen er det TV. Har internett. Det er ikke oppvaskmaskin eller vaskemaskin på hytta. Det er egen parkeringsplass. Hytten leies ut i sommerhalvåret,

Idyllisk beliggenhet nært sjøen, gode turmuligheter i området. 5 min. med bil til butikker i sentrum og kort vei til Stokmarknes lufthavn. Det er 20 min. å kjøre til Melbu og fergen som tar deg til Lofoten. Gode muligheter for parkering og el.bil lading. Huset har varmekabler i gulv og varmepumpe. Det er to bad og tre soverom. Eget vaskerom med tilgang til vaskemaskin. Flott terrasse rett over vannkanten, og fra stuen i 2. etg. er det en egen balkong .

New cottage from 2014 just 10 km from Evenes Airport. The cabin is located halfway (260 km each way) between Tromsø and Å on the mainland of Lofoten. The cottage has a simple and good standard with most amenities one expects to find in a regular home. The cottage has lovely views towards Tjeldsundet in the north and has midnight sun from late May to mid July. In the dark part of the year there are good conditions for admiring the Northern Lights.
