This is an apartment where you'll be able to feel like home, the apartment is situated in a multi-family house in Karlsvik. The apartment is 45 sqm, located on the second floor and has a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area for 4-5 people. The living room / bedroom has a sofa bed and a king size bed that can be made into two 90 cm single beds. A washer, dryer and a drying room is available in the basement.

Ett fint och stort hus där ni får ett eget rum som har en stor tv med chromecast och en 180s säng där man kan sova två om man vill. Ni får självklart vistas i hela huset. Använd köket, matrummet, vardagsrummet osv. Vi är fyra stycken som bor i huset, två är mina söner och en trevlig inneboende som vi har haft i över ett år.

Vintertid preparerade skidspår. 10 min bilväg till havet. 20 min bilväg in till Luleå centrum. 20 min bilväg från Luleå airport.

Litet gårdshus med ett separat sovrum samt ett allrum med kök och bäddsoffa. Nyrenoverat med dusch och WC samt möjlighet till tvättstuga. Mycket vacker natur både vinter som sommar. Bra fiskemöjligheter med Luleå älv som granne. Stugan står 4 meter från vatten.

The main cottage is suitable for 2 adults and two smaller children who can share a sofa bed . In the yard there are 2 smaller guesthouses with 2 beds in each. Plenty of parkingspace (14 min by car to Luleå center, 13 min to Kallax Airport). There is a trampoline for the "children" , travelbed and childchair for the smallest Wonderful view. Smaller boat is included in the price. There is a possibility to rent 2 snowmo. The two guest cabins are only heated April-November. Municipal water Wifi 4G

Rural and beautifully situated guesthouse with wood-fired sauna, bathroom, kitchenette and sofa bed. In summer there is access to pool and sunbeds. The house is newly built and tastefully decorated. Beautiful walking paths are outside the door and in summer there is a meadow outside the window. Outdoor barbecue is available. The house is a 20 minute walk from the hospital, and bicycles are available upon request. Please note that guests should have their own car as buses stop at the hospital.

Enjoy the simplicity of our hand crafted Mongolian yurts! The yurts are located on our property with on one side a lake and on the other side the forest. You can sleep in the yurt with 2 adults (we can add beds for kids, no extra charge). In summer and winter, you keep it warm and cosy by making a fire in the wood burning stove. The service house with kitchen, toilet, shower, lounge and dining area is about 50 m. away from the yurts.
