Our little place, Il Cubetto, inaugurated with the 2020 season, stands in full Tuscan country and is particularly distinctive because of its absolute exclusivity: only two studio apartments within our 7000 sqm of garden planted with many fruit trees, with great attention to any detail. Our guests, a maximum of two per studio apartment, have the use of a salt-water infinity swimming pool overlooking the valley. Depending on the car they drive, they can park next to the cottage or beside the road.

Fronte mare a Tirrenia, in centro. Unisce il relax del mare alla vicinanza alle più belle città d'arte della Toscana. Attraversando la strada si accede al mare dal Bagno Siria. Pisa e l'aeroporto sono a 15' in auto e sulla strada si trova la basilica romanica di S. Piero a Grado. Livorno è a 15' in auto. Siena, Lucca, Firenze sono mete di un giorno. L'Istituto Stella Maris è a 5' in auto. Ideale per famiglie con bambini, ma anche per lavorare da remoto, grazie alla veloce connessione wifi.

Secondo le necessità degli ospiti, si possono avere 3 letti matrimoniali. A questi è possibile aggiungere un posto letto in soggiorno (divano letto), un lettino da campeggio e un lettino montessoriano (per bambini da 1 a 3 anni).

Bright and charming apartment completely renovated, 50 meters from the sea! It was my personal care, as an architect, to renovate this apartment so that the guest can experience the true spirit of Marina di Pisa, taking care of the furnishings, and all the finishes. The apartment consists of entrance hall, living room with large terrace, kitchen, hallway, two bedrooms and bathroom. Possibility to park the car inside the condominium courtyard, without paying for parking on the street.

Front-Row Seaside is a beautiful apartment, located in Calambrone, with an amazing view of the sea and fantastic sunsets! The beach is a 1 minute walk through the dunes by entering/exiting the private entrance. It's a perfect spot for a vacation to relax and have fun! It has a personal entrance with a common parking, the parking is a 2 minute walk. It has all important shops at a walking distance. Livorno is only a 15 minute drive away and around 20 minutes from Pisa airport.
