Hallway features half bath, utility closet, & work nook. 3 bedrooms, full bath, and laundry upstairs. Sleeps 5-6, depending on your group (check bedrooms to see). Access to large fenced yard and deck included. We stock coffee and tea for guests booking in advance, and you’ll find various seasonings and staples in the cupboards.

There is a 2 nite min. stay for most weekends. The price listed is for 2 guests. The 3 bedrooms include a queen room on 1st fl. & queen & twin rooms on 2nd fl. Full, modern kitchen w/ stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher. Our home is a raised ranch where we live upstairs with our two young children. The apartment is in our finished basement separate from the upstairs. Private entrance with self check in. One queen bed and one love seat pull out with twin bed. Laundry is available for monthly stays. Kitchenette and full bath. Linens, sheets, and all amenities supplied. Located within 13 mi to Binghamton and 30 mi from Sayre PA. Close to Binghamton University, all the local hospitals , and the airport.

The John Howland Farm is an iconic 1840s family farm. We follow strict cleaning protocols and only accept whole house reservations. Your party will be the only guests at the farmhouse. The "Butterfly Suite" includes three bedrooms, sitting room with board games, books, and private bath. The "Garden Suite" is fully ADA accessible with bedroom, bath, and sitting room. The "Pine Cone Suite" is also ADA accessible with bedroom, bath, and adjacent laundry room.
