Tingewick Barn

Tingewick Barn is situated in the middle of a beautiful farm and stunning countryside, completely undisturbed. The property enjoys countryside views and is an amazing place for spotting wildlife, as well as our own farm animals. Boasting the best of both worlds, whilst with its rural location, we are just over 5 miles away from Silverstone circuit, 5 min drive into Buckingham town center, 15 mins from Bicester Village, 30 mins from both Milton Keynes & Oxford and an hour from London by train.

The Old Calf Shed

The Old Calf Shed, situated in the heart of a working farm on the Oxfordshire/Northamptonshire border, has a beautifully calm atmosphere with relaxing interiors including a lovely wood burning stove in the open kitchen/living room. Fantastic rural views, parking for 4 cars, an outdoor seating area and 450 beautiful acres to explore. Some of the tourist sites nearby include Silverstone, RH England at Aynho Park, Broughton Castle, Blenheim Palace, Soho Farmhouse, Warwick Castle, Upton House.

The Swallows :A cosy cottage in the countryside.

The Swallows is all on the ground floor. It has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a family bathroom, kitchen and living room. The kitchen is spacious with a Rayburn which keeps it cosy when enjoying you meal round the table. There is a wood burner ( you need to provide logs) in the living room with patio doors. It has an enclosed garden with plenty of parking. We are midway between the market towns of Buckingham and Brackley, and close to Silverstone, Bicester, Oxford and Milton Keynes.

Wood Cottage Annex is a modern, light and airy first floor flat in a peaceful countryside setting. The accomodation consists of a king size bed and optional pull out single sofa bed in the living area. Kitchen with quartz worktops, hot water tap and oven/hob, Nespresso machine, toaster, fridge etc. Modern bathroom with shower. Netflix and Alexa. Please note access is from an exterior wooden staircase. Easy, accessible location only a stones throw from Silverstone and Bicester Village.
