Whether you are traveling alone, as a couple or even as a family our peaceful guest house is ready for your stay. The house, located in the backyard of our main residence, is approx 600 sqft with a bedroom, living room and a full kitchen with a small fridge. The area is fully fenced in for privacy along with a patio and furniture. We are less than 10 minutes from SH 288, 45 min from the beaches, 30 min from Texas Medical Center, 15 min from Pearland Town Center, 20 min from SkyDive Spaceland.

Take a break and unwind outside the city limits with the restaurants and city life within a short 10 minute commute. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. It hosts a huge deck in the backyard and a comfortable front deck both with unplugging and unwinding in mind. The house has plenty of front and backyard that allow you to feel the country and be immersed in Texas sun and shade. Great for work crews Plenty of parking, workspaces, near HWY288, near Freeport, Lake Jackson, Pearland.

We are meticulous in cleaning our houses by keeping separate supplies and clean all surface areas including door knobs, glass surfaces etc. While you enjoy your stay at our place we want you to have peace of mind during this pandemic. Family-friendly, spacious single-story entire house in a quiet suburban community, 20 minutes from Houston downtown. This entire house sleeps 10 people comfortably.

Sits on 80 acres for hiking, biking, fishing, bird watching, star gazing, relaxing, and sleeping. Brazos Bend State Park is next door to the property. George Ranch Historical Park in minutes away. Horse pens available also.

Additionally this space is located in between highway 288 and 35, ideal for a quick ride to hotspots like Pearland Town Center and Baybrook Mall.
