Across the street starts the Old Town, it’s only in 3 minutes walking distance and you'll get to the harbour in 5 minutes. Behind the building starts the Rotermanni quarter. Everything you might need is only a few steps away - cafes, shops, restaurants, bars. It is also easily accessible by tram, bus and car. The apartment is best suited for 2 people.

The neighborhood is quiet, safe and nice with old traditional wooden houses, parks, kids playgrounds etc. Famous hipster town "Kalamaja" is 15 min walk, shopping area and market 10 min walk, a small grocery just around the corner. Its good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers.
