Comfortable to sleep 4 adults plus kids. 2 min drive or a 15 min walk down a quiet track to the Kaiteriteri Beaches, Restaurants and Shop. 15 min drive to the town of Motueka. 15 min drive to Mārahau, the gateway to the Abel Tasman National Park.

Come and enjoy the semi rural feel in Tasman Village with Kina beach only a minute away by car. Motueka 10 minutes away and Kiteriteri 20 mins away. Head down to Mapua for a wine at Rium bar and eat some fantastic Fish and chips at The Smoke House after a busy day exploring. This is a comfortable open living space for a couple. Located between Mapua and Motueka the property is boarded by the cycle trail and motorway. Great access & parking for boats or a trailer. 3 hectare property surrounded by wildflowers and lush pastures. Dogs are welcome with conditions. There is an adjoining 2 bedroom tiny home in a separate private area which can be booked simultaneously if it is available. Kina beach is a 5 minute drive and well as local cafes.
