｢Tabitabi Kawama｣is located between Kamo-river and Takase-river, and the word 〝Kawama〞means inter-river in Japanese. On the second floor, there is a specially-built independent balcony facing to Kamo-river. Opening the window, you could enjoy the breeze from the Kamo-river, to feel the charm of the mother river "Kamogawa" Kyoto. The design of house is based on the traditional Japanese style, such as wallpaper made of tinfoil and traditional tatami.

Located along the Takase River, this area used to be bustling during the Meiji to early Showa period. The charming streets, characterized by tea house-style architecture, create a serene space that allows you to forget the hustle and bustle of central Kyoto. To ensure the longevity of this traditionally constructed building, we performed renovations with a focus on safety, while creating a more comfortable living environment.

Machiya Stay in Gojo, Near Gion and Kyoto Sta.

The house was an Ochaya (literally "tea house")before and we renovated it, which is an establishment where patrons are entertained by geisha. We kept the original structure and make it much more modern and comfortable. The river in front of the house is the must-see in Kyoto changing from cherry bloom to maples. The best location near Gojo bridge and Kiyomizuーgojo sta. can make it very convenient to all the famous spots.

京町家貸切宿｢高瀬川七条｣は築115年の京町家をﾌﾙﾘﾉﾍﾞｰｼｮﾝした宿泊施設です｡京都の美しい風景を形作る京町家を､当時の構造を残したまま､京都特有の蒸し暑い夏､底冷えの厳しい冬にも快適にお過ごしいただけるよう､気密性･断熱性能の高い建物に仕立て直しました｡ 1階の和室からは『露地』(※茶室へ通じる庭)をｲﾒｰｼﾞした坪庭をご覧いただくことができます｡また､廊下にはゆったりとくつろぎながら坪庭を眺めることができるようｿﾌｧをご用意しました｡夜にはﾗｲﾄｱｯﾌﾟされた坪庭を眺めながら､癒しの時間をお過ごしいただけます｡ 2階には寝室が2部屋あり､ｼﾝｸﾞﾙﾍﾞｯﾄﾞ2台の部屋とﾀﾞﾌﾞﾙﾍﾞｯﾄﾞ1台の部屋をご用意しました｡ 5名様以上でご宿泊の場合は､少しご面倒ですが1階の和室にお布団を敷き､寝室としてご利用いただきます｡ ｷｯﾁﾝには簡単なお料理ができるよう調理器具と食器のご用意がございます｡

This authentic traditional Kyoto townhouse (machiya) is located on the central island of Kyoto, close to the river, Kyoto JR station and the city-center. It used to be a typical ryokan inn. In this traditional house of 3 floors, entirely refurbished on 2020, you will be invited to stay on the second floor and have your private appartement there. The house is composed of 4 private apartments.
