Cow Shed - Barn

A spacious ground floor suite. Watch fiery sun sets & brown eyed cows walking past to drink. Enjoy outdoor & indoor dining. A super king bed allows for space and a good nights rest with a luxurious en-suite shower to invigorate. Peaceful location but not far from local town. Small but well equipped kitchen with essentials provided. If you need us we are on site but otherwise will leave you in peace to enjoy your stay. If the Cow Shed is full then look up the Hay Loft. Our first floor suite.

A private annex apartment, “a perfect retreat”

Welcome to Titchfield Views, Catisfield. A private annex overlooking Titchfield Village, Hampshire. Close to Whiteley, Segensworth, Fareham College and local Navy Establishments. Separated from the main house, Titchfield Views has a private entrance and consists of a double bedroom, a wet-room bathroom (shower, no bath), a spacious lounge diner, a kitchen, and a private decking area. There is a work space area with double plug and USB charging points, WiFi fully available throughout annex.

Exceptional room and study area.

This is the majority of a furnished annexe (no kitchen) located in Burridge , which is half-way between Portsmouth and Southampton. About a mile away from both Swanwick Marina and Park Gate village, Swanwick train station is 15 minute walk. With it's own entrance comprising of main bedroom/sitting area, separate study area and separate shower room. There is space to park a car off the road. A convenient base to visit Winchester, Portsmouth, Southampton and The New Forest. Self check in.

"The Hidden Gem" one bedroom home Private entrance

Relax and enjoy this calm, new one bedroom home located between Southampton and Fareham. A short walk to Swanwick train station. It has it's own private entrance , parking space and patio. Well located for local amenities, including pubs, cafe's, shops, chemist, parks, woodland walks, leisure centre with pool, cinema, the marina and Whiteley shopping centre. A short drive to Southampton cruise terminal. Easy distance for days out to The New Forest , Bournemouth and Gun Wharf Quays.

Shri's Palace beautiful getaway

Welcome to Shri’s palace , a spacious flat in Sarisbury Green. Perfectly located between Southampton and Portsmouth, with lovely walks, pubs, restaurants and the Hamble River less than a 10 minute walk away. We have large spacious flat with a fully equipped modern kitchen. We have private parking for 1 car and the property faces the woodlands that make for lovely strolls. This flat was built in April 2025 and is equipped to the high standards of modern technology and furnishings.

Charming back-garden guest-house

This is a small guest house (one bedroom and one ensuite shower room/toilets - no other rooms available) in our back garden. It has its own outdoor space with a table and two chairs. It has its own access and privacy (from the main garden). The double bed is new and comfortable. We provide bedsheets and towels. We have a friendly medium size dog. Note that there is no kitchen. We have a kettle, a small fridge and a small microwave available in the room. There is no TV available.

Barn Owl Cottage Cosy & Quaint

Get away from it all down on the South Coast along the beautiful River Hamble in our quaint cottage. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Walk along the river, go boating, paddle boarding or stop at the many local pubs. Take the train to London in just over an hour. Travel into Southampton to visit the many shops and historic sites. Take a day trip to the Isle of Wight as a foot passenger on the IOW Ferry. A relaxing trip away awaits you.

The Warsash Annex

The unit is a completely self-contained extension of the existing property. It is has been recently built to a high specification, including a very comfy bed. It is located in the heart of Warsash village, walking distance from all amenities. It is ideally suited for a very comfortable, short stay. Wifi is included as are all utility bills. There is a lot of storage space and a private entrance from the driveway where there is space for 1 car to park.

The Old Hay Barn

Me and my Dad built a hay barn over thirty years ago to store hay, straw and feed for my horses. It has given me some great memories. Life changes meant I could not compete anymore. I created Rocket's Retreat in 2018. A holiday let . It has been a great success. So I decided to to create another. It is quirky, cosy and a bit different. I hope you enjoy staying as much as I have enjoyed the journey creating The Old Hay Barn.
