Si trova sul retro della struttura di Melograni e quindi gode di pace e tranquillità, non avendo nessuno al piano superiore. Oltre al soggiorno con angolo cucina, un'ampia camera matrimoniale e uno spazioso bagno con doccia, offre anche un piccolo giardinetto privato per poter consumare colazione, pranzo e cena all'aperto.
