Lakehouse Estate is a newly completed home on 3 acres with private clear lake forming the centre piece. 4 of the 6 modern bedrooms each with ensuites over look the lake and face east so the sunrises are spectacular. If not a morning person simply hit the button and the auto block out blinds come down. The kitchen opens up to the lake across a large deck with BBQ. With your own mini beach, gym, large av room and separate kids room all will be entertained or escape and find your peace and quiet.

The shack provides the essence of an Australian beach shack with views across the ocean and hinterland. It trims back everything else. Welcome to Oceanview Escape, our beachfront home in Surf Beach, Phillip Island. 180° ocean views across the whole upstairs living space, and sand 30m from the front door. Five bedrooms, four bathrooms, sleeps 15. Two master suites with ensuites, both with ocean views. Outside there's an 8-person hot tub, a fire pit and a fully fenced backyard. Fireplace in winter, full heating and cooling year-round.
