Pleasant Point cottage is only available for a maximum of 2 adults with parking for 1 vehicle.

The Twisted Mermaid @ Smiths

The Twisted Mermaid is a beautiful self-contained modern studio set in a lush garden. This new magnificently appointed studio has its own private entrance, private outdoor area as well as onsite parking. Much care has been taken to ensure the studio is equipped with top end appliances and linen. It comprises of a large bathroom, bedroom and an open plan kitchen and lounge. Self contained, situated at the back of our property in our private backyard. (One of two cabins in our back yard). Access through gates and carport. Features QS bed, split system heating & cooling, Smart TV, ceiling fan, heater, kitchenette including microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, electric frypan, cutlery & crockery. Bathroom and separate toilet. All linen supplied. Close to beach, GP track, Penguin Parade, Nobbies Centre etc. 5 mins drive to Cowes to all shops & restaurants.

In the heart of Phillip Island, close to the track & Penguin Parade, this little cottage gives you the best of both country & sea. A 5 min drive to Cowes town to shops, cafes & supermarkets. Heaps to do on the Island with walking/bike tracks, koala reserve, the Nobbies, Forest Caves, Churchill Island and the Chocolate Factory to name a few. You'll find amazing sunsets at Ventnor, Surf beach & Cape Woolamai. We also offer early and late check out if there are no back to back bookings.

Secluded Ventnor getaway.

Cosy and private one bedroom accommodation with additional living room perfect for that quite getaway. You will have access to the entire downstairs level of this property. The upstairs rooms are not accessible and no one will be there during your stay. There isn't a kitchen but basics like microwave, kettle, toaster and bar fridge are provided. There is also a large covered patio area with outdoor table and chairs and a gas BBQ for your use.

Welcome to our beautiful family farm. Our boutique studio is located next to our family home in the heart of Ventnor, surrounded by artisan eateries and farm gate sales. Our Farm is tucked away from the hustle and bustle whilst still only being 5 mins away from Cowes central, 4.5kms from the Grand Prix, 7 mins from the Penguin Parade and 2 minutes from the most stunning beaches on Phillip Island.
