Un’ampia veranda lascia spazio a pranzi e cene all'aperto nella privacy del piccolo giardino privato che si affaccia sulla piscina. 4 biciclette a disposizione degli ospiti consentono di raggiungere il centro o la spiaggia in pochissimi minuti. Supermercato, gastronomia, pasticceria e farmacia sono raggiungibili a piedi.

L'appartamento si trova al primo piano ed è dotato di una confortevole veranda coperta ideale per pranzi e cene, un soggiorno con divano letto da una piazza e mezzo, tv, angolo cottura, camera da letto matrimoniale, armadio ripostiglio, bagno con doccia. Our newly built apartment (2022) is located in the "La Suaredda" area, in a quiet zone just 2 km from the town center and about 1 km from La Cinta beach. It is ideal for families or groups of friends and can accommodate up to 5 people. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds.
