La vista è sorprendente, sul porto di Lipari e sul mare, quasi a dare la sensazione di volare. Tipicamente eoliano, ti porta a godere di tutte le bellezze naturali che offre Lipari. Si trova a Pianoconte a circa 5 km dal porto,a pochi passi dalla fermata del bus e del supermarket dove potrai trovare tutti i prodotti locali delle Eolie!!! Ciao

Situata a Canneto (zona balneare di Lipari)l'appartamento offre sistemazione climatizzata con patio. Questa struttura con vista mare, offre l'accesso a una terrazza. Fornito di tutti i comfort, dotato di piano cottura, frigorifero, forno macchina da caffè, 1 soggiorno con zona pranzo, divano letto matrimoniale 1 poltrona letto; 1 camera da letto, 1 bagno con bidet e doccia. TV con canali satellitari, DVD, W-FI, lavatrice. Spiaggia, fermata bus, bar e supermarket a pochi metri.

Casa Rosa

The Pink House is divided in two independent apartments (see photos Casa Rosa A and B). Each apartment has one double bedroom, a large kitchen/living room with one couch bed and one bathroom with a shower. The apartment B also has one built in mezzanine with a two single beds. The house has been renewed in 2019, but its colors and frames have been kept unchanged just the way they were 100 years ago. You will be assigned Casa Rosa A or B depending on availability.

The property is set within a large private estate, ensuring total silence, privacy, and relaxation. At night, with no surrounding lights, you can admire the entire Milky Way, and if you're lucky, even touch the falling stars. The moon rises directly from the sea right in front of the terrace — a truly magical sight.

La vista che si gode è di quelle che non stancano mai, non solo di giorno ma anche di notte. Per questo si consiglia di approfittare della confortevole terrazza per ammirare il cielo stellato di una calda sera d'estate

My accommodation has a beautiful panoramic view, allows you to breathe art and culture, enjoy the sea and offers activities for the family. It is down a side street to the main road traveling from the port to the village center. My accommodation is suitable for couples, lone adventurers, families with children and furry friends (pets)

La casa è attrezzata per un uso personale, con arredi non dozzinali. La location è caratteristica, praticamente circondata da bar e ristoranti sulla piazza di Marina Corta, da dove partono anche tutte le gite organizzate per le isole . Sotto casa c'è un diving e ci sono gli uffici di coloro che organizzano le gite in barca.

La villa sorge su un terreno di 4 ettari, immersa nella macchia mediterranea, delimitata dal mare da un lato e dalle colline liparote dall'altro. Si compone di un nucleo ricettivo con ingresso indipendente, spazi esterni, giardino e terrazzi tipici eoliani.
