Family Foreshore Beach House. Tucked at the end of a quiet culdesac this relaxed foreshore hideaway is made for barefoot holidays. Wander to rock pools, play on the lawn, watch wallabies graze and kookaburras laugh in the trees or gather on the deck as the BBQ sizzles and waves roll in. Two living areas give families space to spread out while cosy bedrooms invite slow mornings with sea views. A fully equipped kitchen makes longer stays and entertaining a breeze your island home away from home

The Studio Somers

Once a beach shack, became an artist’s studio, then rescued as a comfortable home and holiday escape, close to the beach and Somers General Cafe. A wonderful place to sit and relax, walk on the beach or explore local wineries and farm produce. In order to safely manage the conditions brought with COVID (and maintain our low tariff) we introduced a 3 night minimum. We are now able to offer a 2 night stay but this is at a higher rate than a stay for 3 nights or more. Please enquire for the rate.

Lakehouse Estate is on 3 acres with private lake.

Lakehouse Estate is a newly completed home on 3 acres with private clear lake forming the centre piece. 4 of the 6 modern bedrooms each with ensuites over look the lake and face east so the sunrises are spectacular. If not a morning person simply hit the button and the auto block out blinds come down. The kitchen opens up to the lake across a large deck with BBQ. With your own mini beach, gym, large av room and separate kids room all will be entertained or escape and find your peace and quiet.

The Barn Hideaway - Mornington Peninsula

The charm of a barn with all the comforts of a home & only a stones throw from the vast Mornington Peninsula attractions. "The Barn" is unique & charming, cozy & private. Soaring ceilings, picturesque windows, cozy wood fire, private courtyard with BBQ, firepit & private parking. The large bedroom has a super comfy king-size bed, ensuite with large shower, fully equipped kitchen with Smeg appliances & laundry facilities & split heating/air-conditioning. "The Barn" has all you need, and more.

The perfect mid century beach house and separate bungalow directly behind the Somers Yacht Club and across the road to one of the best swimming beaches on the Peninsula. An easy stroll through the bush or along the beach to the General Store for one of the best breakfasts on the Peninsula! Relax on the lawn under the huge Eucalypt or snuggle up by the fire. Rated as one of the best suburbs of Mon Pen, peaceful Somers is a great base to explore the sights of MP. Walk down to the quiet & dog friendly beach (8 minute walk), grab a delicious breakfast & coffee at the Somers General, dine in style at Tulum village in Balnarring, and return to a cosy, well appointed and pet friendly 3 bedroom house to rest & recharge! MP is buzzing all year with amazing wineries, restaurants, markets & activities like cherry and strawberry picking.

This one bedroom guest house is located 10mins walk from the magical Somers beach, 5mins drive to Balnarring Shopping Centre and close to all the wineries along the Mornington Peninsula. The guest room, has a queen size bed, a kitchenette with a microwave, fridge and sink, separate bathroom and a sofa/ fold out double bed overlooking the gum trees and beautiful garden.

Corvers Rest is a minimalist beach shack located on the clifftops overlooking Bass Strait. A place to rest and detach amongst wild natural surrounds. The shack provides the essence of an Australian beach shack with views across the ocean and hinterland. It trims back everything else. A string of ocean beaches nestled between coastal cliffs are within a short walk. Outdoor showers, fire pit and BBQ are all present.
