We feel that the best way to describe our getaway to be “Rustic Elegance”. When you walk through the door you will instantly feel the warmth of a uniquely styled Adirondack cottage. Located nearby to the Acadia Highway (aka Route 1), we are close by to historic Fort Knox, Castine, and Acadia. Enjoy our attached “Greenhouse” which has been made over into a delightful screenhouse/patio, the country setting, blueberry fields, and the beautiful sunrises and sunsets! Fire pit, horseshoes, more!!!

The Black Haven Tiny Home

This new modern home is anything but ordinary. With four 11 foot windows lining the front of the home it allows for the space to feel light and airy. The bright interior is a perfect contrast to the exterior. Located in a quite neighborhood close to Newbury Neck Beach. This home offers parking, WIFI, a washer and dryer, and an outdoor lounge area. Just a short drive will put you in the heart of Blue Hill where you’ll find great restaurants and cafes. Acadia National Park is just 30 miles away.

"The Lair" is a just recently renovated small 200 square foot cabin with vaulted ceilings and plenty of natural sunlight. The building is located close to Green Tree Coffee and Tea, a coffee roaster, so the aroma of coffee will be in the air. We located about 400 yards South of the Islesboro Ferry and Lincolnville Beach and 2.4 milres North of Camden Hills State Park and Mount Battie. Free coffee and tea everyday, all day! A private half mile walk down the driveway will end at brick sidewalks leading you to Lincolnville Beach, one of Maine's stretches of sandy shoreline.

Historic School House now with High Speed Internet

Historic schoolhouse of Brooklin converted into the perfect one bedroom getaway. Located across the street from the Brooklin Rockbound Capel with a quick 20-minute drive to Blue Hill. Acadia National Park, Bar Harbor or Bangor are all with in an hour away. The original post and beam construction, with a sleeping loft, give the interior a rustic vibe offset by the playful color palette and butterfly wallpaper make it more botanical and lighthearted.

Meadow Point Cottage

Meadow Point cottage is located on a very quiet five acre property with panoramic views of Frenchman's Bay and Mount Desert Island. It takes about thirty minutes to drive over to MDI and Acadia National Park. The property has a private beach for kayaking and woods with a picnic area and fire pit. It is a wonderful spot for walking and viewing wildlife; ducks, eagles, shore birds, seals and deer.
