Our Retreat guest house is totally separate & private from our home, though on the same property.We are 35 min to Nashville.Our amazing 1000 sq ft deck (mostly covered) w/ceiling fans overlooks the river -which our yard backs up to.On the deck is a fireplace, child’s swings & sandbox.Our suite is furnished w/a queen size bed, a window seat, a kitchenette, & a small eating area.There is a cozy 2nd bdrm w/a queen size bed, small closet & chair.We also have a 120" screen for amazing movie watching.

Free off-street parking for one or two vehicles is just a step away from your door. Kitchen offers granite counters, fridge, microwave, oven, and dishwasher. For laundry there is a washer/dryer combo. We offer wifi, have good cellular reception and offer an assortment of DVDs and board games.

The Cozy Studio in The 'Boro

Our Cozy Studio is a 1 bed/bath and full kitchen with everything you may need for a stay and it is spacious for a sólo or a couple trip, nicely decorated and furnished to make your stay comfortable. It has its own A/C unit, a nice 55" tv, and a nice queen bed. It's a Self-Check in Space and private for 1 night up to 30 nights. note: it's NOT the WHOLE HOUSE it's a studio divided by a wall.
