The 300 acre property shares a 2.5km border with the Grampians National Park and backs onto the stunning western escarpment of the Mt. Difficult Range. The farm house includes 4 bedrooms, 2 living spaces and 2 bathrooms. A breezeway connects the living spaces to the sleeping spaces. Some of the best walks in The Grampians are a short drive away (Mt. Zero, Mt. Stapylton, Hollow Mt., Zummsteins, McKenzie Falls).

Beautiful Historic Adair

Adair is one of the oldest and highest residences in the Grampians. Built in the 1930s, the home is furnished sympathetically with the times and offers 4 comfortable bedrooms, a large air conditioned lounge, large welcoming kitchen/dining room, and a generous verandah with spectacular views over the surrounding countryside. Kangaroos and emus are a common sight around the house, and walking trails from the house lead to some of the most spectacular views in the eastern Grampians.

Dacelo

Dacelo is a luxurious retreat based at the foot of Boronia Peak and a 10 minute stroll from the centre of Halls Gap. This 3 bedroom luxury property can sleep up to 8 people and has 2 living areas and 2 bathrooms. Relax by the fireplace whilst enjoying a glass of wine or take a long soak in the luxurious bath overlooking the Mt William Range. The fully equipped kitchen easily caters for small or large groups. Settle on the deck as the red necked wallabies shyly appear and native birds splash and natter in the coolness of the birdbath. Kayak the clear water, try your hand at catching a fish or wander the dirt track to explore and be captivated by the bush.

Centrally located home in Murtoa, across the road from Lake Marma which every bedroom has views of. Directly across the road is the Murtoa caravan park, and the local sporting club which includes a Netball court, and a football/cricket oval aswell as a playground. A perfect location to bring the family and keep the kids entertained for hours. Lake Marma also offers a boat ramp for recreational use such as water skiing or fishing.
