Eleanor's sits in the sleepy coastal town of St. Leonards and is the perfect gateway to the Bellarine Peninsula and all it has to offer. She has been lovingly refreshed, whilst many features reminiscent of bygone era holidays remain. An easy 7-10 minute walk to the shopping strip, cafès and beach, you can park the car in the driveway and leave it there. Perfect for families or escaping with friends.

Cosy bungalow with ensuite, beachy decor, extremely comfortable queen sized bed Cont. breakfast provided. Private, roomy, detached from house, ideal for a couple. Infants over 6 mths [ mobile - i.e. crawling and above ] are discouraged for safety reasons We are a well travelled couple who enjoy interacting with people. The house is 90 secs drive/5 mins walk to one of Victoria's best swimming and fishing beaches, 10 min walk to ferry, 4 mins drive to 5 top wineries and the golf club.

"The Lake House"...a place of relaxation

The Lake House" is on Blue Waters Lake. The unit is on the bottom level of the house with fabulous views and direct access to the lake and walking track. Infants and children are not offered accommodation due to the proximity to the lake. It consists of a modern, spacious living room with kitchenette, bedroom and ensuite. There is a beautiful garden with an outlook over the lake and an alfresco with a BBQ for guests to use. Kerrie lives upstairs. Sorry, no early check ins.☺️

Due to the heritage of the building no built in cooking facilities are available but our breakfast bar features a microwave, kettle, toaster and crockery.
