Profumo di mare è un attico bilocale di nuova costruzione, in villa, con un ampio terrazzo panoramico. È situato nella baia di Cartaromana, con vista sul golfo di Napoli (Vesuvio, penisola Sorrentino, isole di Capri, Procida e Vivara). L'attico è costituito da una camera da letto, un soggiorno con divano letto e angolo cottura, ed un bagno, per un totale di 40 mq. A pochi passi dalla spiaggia e dal Castello Aragonese, patrimonio dell'umanità, questo antico appartamento realizzato negli spazi di un ex convento ed arredato con gusto, si compone di un ampio soggiorno (con divano letto), una cucina con annessa sala da pranzo vista mare, due camere da letto matrimoniali e due bagni. Può ospitare fino ad un massimo di cinque persone.
