The lounge has north facing high angled windows allowing all day sun and provides stunning views of the hills beyond and the gorgeous Central Otago landscape. From the west sliding doors and the built in window seat you have stunning views of the Remarkables. Set on 10 acres of park-like grounds, with secure garaging. Barley Mow is in the snowline during winter and 4wd vehicles are strongly advised. We live in the main house which is nearby but a a separate dwelling on the property. We have 2 white cats that roam the property but do not go into the apartment.

Henrietta's Hut is a delightfully whimsical, traditional styled Shepherds Hut, named after a previous owner of our Heritage Property where the wagon now resides. Henrietta, once lived at this very address and grew lavender and flowers in the garden to make soaps and lotions. Conveniently located between Queenstown & Arrowtown, this is the perfect base to retreat back too after exploring everything the adventure capital of the world has on offer.

The Barn - Private Studio Unit

Our property is situated in the beautiful Speargrass Flat Area in a private secluded setting with views of Coronet Peak and the Remarkable Ski Fields. We are a five minute drive from Arrowtown and a 15 minute drive from the Queenstown Airport or the Town Centre. We are also only minutes away from joining the Queenstown walking and cycle trails. Behind our hedges you will find a lovely sunny area with ample off street parking.
