The Beach House

The Beach House, West Wittering Beach. An airy, bright home, shares a garden with the main house, sitting directly on the beach. A perfect getaway, an hour and a half from London. It is self-contained and is close to Goodwood, Chichester Theatre, great bike routes, local pubs and, of course, the sea is on your doorstep. Open-plan fully-equipped new kitchen, big comfortable sofa, TV/Wifi, separate shower room. Super king double bed, plus 2 single beds on large mezzanine floor with a sea view.

Delightful One bedroom self contained, self catering suite with private entrance, ensuite, kitchenette with a mini fridge, a microwave, a toaster, kettle, Complimentary tea and coffee on arrival. Full cutlery, plates, cups etc, smart tv, wifi, central heating. Large shower, wc, sink, cabinet with mirror, towel rail. Directly across from the beach and public carpark. Lee on the Solent has shops, cafes, Indian, Chinese, and a Turkish restaurant, which is a 15-minute walk on the beach path.

Light filled cottage overlooking the sea, a stone's throw from Hayling's blue flag beach, mini railway and a beach café, and a 15 minute drive (or ferry ride!) from Portsmouth . The décor is chic yet cosy, and the accommodation has a surprisingly spacious feel for its footprint. There are 2 small sheltered back gardens with seating separated by an old washhouse/WC/kitchenette. Perfect for preparing an alfresco lunch, BBQ or afternoon tea in the garden! There is also an outdoor shower.

This is a pet free property and creek is tidal.
