Welcome to our own cosy family home, which is not a generic empty Airbnb. It is very conveniently located 2 minutes walk from St Denys train station and ideal for easy and fast access to town, the university and beyond. Local shops, pubs and amenities are a short walk away. The house is well equipped for a comfortable stay, and features a private garden, and free parking on the road directly outside the property. A warm and comfortable base for exploring the area or for your work stay.

Charming back-garden guest-house

This is a small guest house (one bedroom and one ensuite shower room/toilets - no other rooms available) in our back garden. It has its own outdoor space with a table and two chairs. It has its own access and privacy (from the main garden). The double bed is new and comfortable. We provide bedsheets and towels. We have a friendly medium size dog. Note that there is no kitchen. We have a kettle, a small fridge and a small microwave available in the room. There is no TV available.

Entire flat close to city centre

I'm frequently away visiting my overseas partner so renting out my home while I'm away. It's a short walk from the University, Southampton Common and the city centre, as well as being on several main bus routes. There's a common garden you can sit out in to enjoy my roses, and a study with a sofa bed that you can use if you want. This is where I live most of the year round so I take good care of it and hope you will too.
