The TreeHouse was originally built as an artist's studio. It is an architecturally designed light-filled space that is nestled at the rear of the block behind our family home. It sits high in the treetops to float above the neighbourhood. It has its own private access via an original bluestone laneway. Melbournians treasure their laneways and this one is without exception. Enjoy the serenity of being hidden away whilst still in the heart of Prahran. Access is via the rear lane with a car park with pin security access / remote. TreeHouse is totally private for your enjoyment...but we are not far away if needed. The treehouse is close to cafes and public transport. Venture out to the Royal Botanic Gardens, St Kilda beach, or to Chapel Street for both high-end and vintage shopping. Explore Prahran and discover its hip bars, restaurants, and nightlife. Train station is a two minute walk or if you are in a hurry, trams are a drop punt away! This property is perfectly situated to discover local wineries, cafes, market stalls and the infamous Peninsula Hot Springs. A great spot for a romantic getaway! We have now added a sun deck for sun baking, a heated spa which can be used all year round and a heated swim spa for the Spring and Summer months.

Our place is close to public transport, parks, and art and culture and beaches. You’ll love our place because of the tranquility, the garden, the level of comfort. We try in many ways to live as sustainably as possible. We grow some of our food and have recently added bees to our efforts to pollinate our fruit and vegetables. What the dog doesn't eat and the chickens do not devour goes into the compost centre and back on to the garden.
