On our property we built The Tuckaway Suite, an entirely private guest suite above our garage. Our place is a 20 minute walk to Church Street, UVM, Champlain College and UVM Medical Center. It's one unit in a classic 1929 side by side duplex. The living room, dining room, kitchen and pantry are on the first floor. Three bedrooms and a bath are on the second floor. One bedroom is small and only accommodates a twin bed. There is claw foot bathtub in the bathroom with an in- tub shower. Check out the photos. There's storage in the basement for bikes, skis and other equipment.
