San Francisco is also easily accessed using the nearby freeway or public transportation.

County of Sonoma Vacation Rental Permit number ZPE15-0201. Our place is centrally located to both the Napa and Sonoma valleys. We are walking distance to Endiku Winery, Ceja Winery, Homewood Winery, Lou's Lunchette, and Hanson's Vodka. We have a small organic farm off the beaten path. The unit is upstairs above the garage, and it is very private. We have some wonderful birdwatching opportunities. On our farm we see herons, egrets, quail, redtail hawks, owls, quail, and many small birds.

Our newly restored 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom spacious apartment is just 1/2 block from the Sonoma Plaza. Located on the ground floor, the apartment offers a spacious full kitchen with gourmet coffee and cooking supplies and seating for four. Bedroom 1 has a King size bed and full bath, bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and full bathroom. There is a second 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment upstairs that can be rented separately for those traveling together.

Your second home is above our 2-car garage, a 1 bedroom, 1 bath, living room, full kitchen and dining area. A twin size daybed is in the living room. Local grocery stores are within a mile, a 10-minute drive to downtown Santa Rosa, 45-minute drive to the coast and little over an hour to San Francisco. We are centrally located to explore Sonoma and Napa County wineries, breweries and hiking trails. Permit #SVR23-170

Above and On Broadway - MaryJean’s Place

This is a 2nd floor flat above an office space. There is a full flight of stairs through a private entrance up into the home. Because of the stairs and older low windows, it is not recommended for children. It is a short 10-15 minute walk to the Sonoma Plaza. There is a bike shop a couple of blocks away that also rents bikes. There are restaurants, brew pubs, spas and wine tasting rooms all within several blocks.
