Die Lage eignet sich perfekt für Wanderungen in der Natur und zum Schwimmen in umliegenden Seen. Einige Skigebiete befinden sich 40-60 Minuten Fahrzeit mit dem Auto entfernt. Das Haus hat ca. 60 m² und verfügt auch über eine Sauna.

Ein gemütliches Ferienhaus etwas abseits unseres Bauernhofes lädt zum Verweilen und Entspannen auf über 1100m Seehöhe ein. Das Haus liegt in sonniger Lage, mit Aussicht in die wunderbare Natur. Es liegt nur 5 km von der A2 entfernt in Modriach, in der schönen Weststeiermark. Absolut keine Störgeräusche von Autos oder sonstigem. Aktuell gibt es super Rodelmöglichkeiten! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im 15km entfernten Ort Edelschrott oder im Ort Hirschegg.

The 2-storey property consists of a living room with 2 sofa beds for one person each, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning as well as a washing machine.

Spacious modern apartment in Zgornje Gorje

Spacious top floor (loft) of a completely renovated house in Zgornje Gorje in the village center with a view of surrounding hills and mountains, close to Lake Bled, Vintgar Gorge and Pokljuka. The place accommodates 4 adults in 2 bedrooms. With an advance notice, we can organize an additional mattress for a child or a crib for an infant. We used to host the whole house for 10 guests but we renovated it, and now we offer two separate apartments.

Vila Krivec

We are located just a 2-minute walk from Lake Bled. We offer 2 en-suite rooms with a kitchenette, but there is no dining table, meaning you can only serve simple food such as stew. In addition to the building, there is also a common living area with a dining table that our guests can use. Tourist tax is not included in the price, it is 3,13 EUR/night for adults and 50% of that for kids from 7 to 18 years. Kids under 7 don't pay tourist tax.

Chalet Fisherman's Cottage

Sprostite se v tem edinstvenem in mirnem bivališču ob obali najčudovitejšega jezera na sončni strani Alp. Na voljo imate veliko prostora, tišino, notranji kamin, teraso z vrtnim pohištvom in žarom. Lahko se kopate v jezeru, pohajate ob jezeru ter okoliških vaseh ali pa po hribovju triglavskega narodnega parka. Izjemno doživetje je kolesarjenje po brezmejnih novo zgrajenih kolesarskih poteh.

The pleasant log cabin is located by the Bistrica river, only 100 m from the center and offers a starting point for many outdoor activities. It features a large private terrace overlooking the water, where you can relax even in the hot tub. The side balcony is just above the water, which especially in summer offers a nice freshness and where you can watch the fish in the river.
