The apartment consists of a living room, a kitchen, a double bedroom, a bathroom and a garden. The Palace is located inside the historic center, very close to the Massimo theater and the Cala (the promenade along the sea in the historic center).

Si affaccia direttamente sulla spiaggia alla quale si accede dal vecchio portone che veniva aperto per tirare a secco le piccole imbarcazioni.Si compone di una camera matrimoniale, un living con divano letto , cucina, bagno e spazio esterno.

La casa si trova a circa 15 Km dalla città di Palermo in un contesto storico all'interno di una tenuta agricola con vista sul mare. Punto di partenza per innumerevoli escursioni alla scoperta delle bellezze storico-architettoniche più belle della Sicilia settentrionale. Casa Villea is a newly renovated apartment on the first floor of our house. As its access goes through an outside staircase leading directly to your terrace, you will have complete privacy during your stay. Situated halfway between Palermo and Cefalu Inside you will find a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a large living room with a sofa bed for two (a sliding wall allows to privatize the night area), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a 30m2 terrace with a sea view.
