Here you will find WiFi, a comfortable LED TV with full Netflix access (cable digital, 40 inches, 4K/Full HD, USB, HDMI), a kitchen with induction stove (basic dishes available) as well as a filter coffee machine, toaster, microwave, cutlery and a hairdryer. Also worth mentioning are a real Montafon table, hand-planed oak floorboards and doors.

Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

The Superior apartment offers space for up to 6 people on 82 m² to 98 m². Equipped with 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed. Additional sleeping space is provided by a double sofa bed in the living area, which can accommodate two more people. The accommodation has 2 bathrooms with shower and partly separate toilets. The apartment features a balcony or a terrace.<br>The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking and enjoying meals together.

Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

Das Haus Tschuga befindet sich oberhalb vom Silbertal auf 1100m. Wir bieten den Idealen Ausgangspunkt zum Wandern und biken im Sommer oder zum Skifahren oder Skitouren im Winter. Die hochwertige 95m² 4-Zimmer Wohnung im Mehrfamilienhaus ist für kurz und längerfristige Aufenthalte sowohl für Familien als auch für berufstätige Gäste bestens geeignet. Die Zufahrt zum Haus erfolgt über eine Privatstrasse. Deswegen ist die Lage sehr ruhig, aber trotzdem zentral gelegen.
