Welcome to your hideaway studio on a quiet, forested lot, yet just a few minutes away from essential services and twenty minutes from downtown Seattle. You'll enjoy the entire studio with a queen bed, one bathroom, sitting area, and a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The studio is attached to our home and has a private entrance from the back yard. Take a stroll down our trail to McAleer Creek and enjoy the Overlook Deck with your morning coffee or an afternoon beverage.

Welcome to your private retreat in Shoreline’s peaceful Ridgecrest neighborhood. This thoughtfully designed tiny house offers a quiet, comfortable stay with everything you need to relax, work, or explore the area. Inside, you’ll find a cozy queen bed plus a twin bed in the loft, a bright bathroom with a walk-in shower, a workspace with a desk, and a mini-fridge and electric kettle for simple meals or snacks. It’s the perfect setup for solo travelers, couples, or friends traveling together.

Bright and Airy Hilltop Studio w/ Private Entry

Our place is a beautiful, artsy, bright studio with high sloping ceilings, windows overlooking greenery, a skylight, & is a 1/3 mile walk from the light rail. We've taken care to create a peaceful, comfortable retreat for guests. There is a separate hallway and small kitchen area fully equipped with ample counter space. The unit is attached to our house, but is self-contained with a separate entrance. However, you may hear (minimal) noise from our side of the house. LGBTQIA+ friendly.

Cozy lower-level suite in Shoreline w/ movie room

Welcome to your home away from home! You'll have the entire guest suite to yourself. It is located in the lower level of our home with a private entrance through our beautiful backyard. Enjoy your favorite shows in the theater room and the kitchenette equipped with a hot plate, microwave, and minifridge. We just had our little one last year. While we strive to maintain peace, you might hear the joyful sounds of baby giggles or soft footsteps now and then during the day.

Marvelous Guest Suite Shoreline with Parking

Enjoy Shoreline while staying in our private guest suite! You will enjoy the privacy of this suite. There is a private entrance and reserved parking is within steps of your door. We are the main residents with the suite on the ground floor of our townhouse. It is a 5-10 min walk to the 185th Light rail station. (Refer to other details to note for specifics). If you need recommendations for restaurants or other fun activities please do not hesitate to ask me.

Guests of all backgrounds are welcome. Please note the loft height is low and not ideal for those with limited mobility.
