Private Cottage - Countryside Farm Stay

Situated at the edge of Baildon moor, boasting amazing views of the surrounding countryside, we are surrounded by fields and stunning views. The perfect place to relax! We are a short walk from Baildon village, where you’ll find pubs, shops, restaurants and takeaways, and Leeds city is just 15 mins on the train. We are located on our family farm with some animals on site, we have horses, dogs, cats and our two pet micro pigs Gavin & Stacey. So some farm noises are to be expected on a morning!

Carr Cottage is a characterful 19th century mill workers' dwelling situated in the heart of the Pennines in the beautiful Luddenden Valley with a multitude of walks and footpaths. Close to Halifax and its historic Piece Hall or Hebden Bridge with its vibrant arts and crafts scene. We are dog friendly with excellent walks for dogs and their people. Dogs must not be left unattended on the during your stay. Carr Cottage is cycle friendly with classic road or off road routes right rom the doorstep.

Located in the quiet Bradshaw village, our historic cottage was originally built for workers at the nearby brewery and is conveniently located for visiting Halifax and exploring Calderdale. The Old Brewer's Cottage offers luxury, self-catering accommodation for up to four adults. The Annex at Sydale Farm is set on the borders of Allerton, Wilsden and Thornton, which is the birthplace of the Bronte sisters and the Bronte museum. We are also close to Bronte Parsonage in Haworth. We are approximately 5 miles from Bradford, which is the City of Culture 2025. The Annex is a bungalow style one bedroomed apartment, with shower room, private lounge and kitchen. At the side of the property, there is ample free parking.
